Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of property systems, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems, addressing resident maintenance requests, conducting inspections, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, maintaining tools and supplies, assisting with apartment turnovers, and participating in an on-call rotation with potential weekend work. Requires hands-on maintenance experience, but HVAC/EPA certifications or similar credentials are a plus; must be dependable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
