Job Summary
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed while addressing resident maintenance requests promptly. Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs proactively and maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies. Assist with apartment turnovers, ensure units are move-in ready, and respond to emergency issues including after-hours calls and snow removal. Participate in an on-call rotation for weekend work when required.
