Job Summary
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed, while addressing resident maintenance requests promptly. Conduct property inspections to identify needs proactively and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize work orders efficiently. Maintain organized inventory, assist with apartment turnovers, and respond to emergency issues including after-hours calls and snow removal. Participate in an on-call rotation with weekend work required as needed.
