Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure multifamily property systems operate efficiently. Maintain a professional appearance and provide great customer service while possessing a strong attitude and willingness to learn. Requires a driver's license, car, and EPA certification with CPO preferred. Experience with heat pumps is an asset.
