Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsibilities include ownership of grounds, building and amenity upkeep, routine and preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, timely response to maintenance requests, unit turnovers, and emergency repairs, while ensuring safety compliance and Fair Housing standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather; may involve traveling between properties. EPA/CFC certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to occasionally travel between properties
- EPA/CFC certification preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Experience: at least 1 year of general maintenance
