Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day maintenance operations for assigned properties by responding to resident requests, completing unit turnovers, and inspecting grounds, amenities, and buildings for unusual risks. Execute preventative maintenance programs, manage supply inventory, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules, OSHA standards, and applicable regulations. Handle emergencies in accordance with company policies and thoroughly document incidents involving property damage or personal injury. Submit required reports and forms to the Site Manager while maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 100+ pounds on occasion
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently
- Must be able to stand for prolonged times
- Must be able to stoop/bend
- Must be able to push/pull
- Must be able to work with frequent exposure to elements
- Must be able to work with frequent exposure to chemicals
- Must be able to work in a labor intensive position
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- EPA/CFC certification
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in real estate or property management
