Maintenance Technician

Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities including trash removal. Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs while ensuring upkeep of grounds, amenities, units, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and community buildings. Handle emergencies in compliance with company policies and procedures, and observe all Fair Housing rules and regulations. Report unusual risks regarding property or residents to the Site Manager and submit required reports/forms. Ensure proper safety logs are completed according to OSHA and agency laws. Timely complete and document all resident and property maintenance requests, including unit turnovers and removal of trash from vacant units. Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
