Job Summary
Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities including trash removal. Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs while responding to resident requests and executing unit turnovers. Regularly inspect units and buildings for unusual risks, reporting findings to the Site Manager and submitting required forms. Handle emergencies in compliance with company policies and ensure proper safety logs are completed per OSHA and agency laws. Document all incidents involving property damage or personal injury and assist with insurance reporting. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring the physical asset meets designated program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 100+ pounds on occasion
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently
- Must be able to stand for prolonged times
- Must be able to stoop/bend
- Must be able to push/pull
- Must be able to work with frequent exposure to elements
- Must be able to work with frequent exposure to chemicals
- Must be able to work in a labor intensive position
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- EPA/CFC certification
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in real estate or property management
