Maintenance Technician

Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities, including trash removal and unit turnovers. Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs while ensuring proper safety logs are completed per OSHA and agency laws. Handle emergencies in compliance with company policies, reporting incidents involving property damage or personal injury to support insurance claims. Document all resident and property maintenance requests accurately and submit required reports regarding unusual risks to the Site Manager. Adhere to Fair Housing rules and regulations while managing inventory of supplies and equipment. Maintain physical asset standards and assist with unit turnovers by removing trash from vacant units. Valid driver's license required; occasional travel may be necessary.
