Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for property upkeep, routine and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), timely repairs, and unit turnovers across Fitch Irick properties. Must take ownership of grounds, buildings, and amenities; perform inspections; respond to maintenance requests; ensure safety compliance and Fair Housing standards. Ideal candidate has 1+ year maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, physically able to lift up to 100 pounds, and a valid driver’s license; EPA/CFC certification is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required; occasional travel between properties may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and proactive maintenance to keep living spaces safe and well-maintained.
Required Qualifications

- Experience: at least 1 year of general maintenance experience; property management experience a plus
- Ability to occasionally travel between properties
