Job Summary

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform emergency repairs during production and complete scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Diagnose issues, replace parts, and adjust equipment while reading technical drawings and work orders. Safely use tools and report faulty operations, complying with all safety regulations and maintaining accurate documentation. Assist with installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled maintenance team while remaining actively involved in hands-on work. You'll collaborate with production, quality, and leadership teams to drive reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Completion of a technical training program, trade school, or craft apprenticeship
  • Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance documentation systems
  • 1st shift
  • 2nd shift
