Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and site systems including fire protection, roofing, and structural components across Federal Realty's Baltimore portfolio. Regularly inspect properties for quality standards, communicate project status with Property Managers, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with security officers to ensure tenant safety and support marketing event execution. Perform duties in accordance with OSHA standards while demonstrating exemplary tenant relations. Weekend and after-hours work required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in past maintenance position
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Skilled at using a variety of tools required for the job
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices
- Mechanically inclined to make sound decisions in regards to repairs
- Must be able to climb ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk a property 3 to 4 times a day
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
- Must have flexibility with schedule as weekend and after hours work required
