Job Summary
Maintain all exterior and interior facility areas by brushing debris, pressure washing, vacuuming carpets, dusting fixtures, mopping floors, and cleaning windows and bathrooms. Clean and maintain pools, spas, and filtration systems while vacuuming debris in and around the property. Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, A/C, carpentry, and electrical work. Assist housekeeping staff with setting up and breaking down furniture during peak times and help the supervisor obtain bids. Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in various weather conditions. This role offers a collaborative culture with professional development support and training for Vesta Property Services associates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant building maintenance experience
- Prior electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- CPO preferred
