Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for MG Properties at a Farmers Branch, TX property. Responsibilities include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; appliance repairs; painting; apartment turnovers; taking emergency calls; and other duties as assigned. Must have experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.), strong customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team. On-site role with on-call rotation and consent to audio recordings during work duties; reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
- As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during performance of duties
- Reliable transportation is a MUST
- Availability to work on-call rotation
