Job Summary
Entry-level Maintenance Technician, Facility Operations role supporting Columbus Crew properties. Responsibilities include completing work orders via CMMS, performing routine inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and minor repairs across building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting). Assists with event setup, readiness, issue response, and post-event follow-up; maintains clean, safe work areas; reports maintenance issues; adheres to safety standards; collaborates with the maintenance team and other departments; may assist with additional facility duties. Requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions, and adapt to an event-driven schedule. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, CMMS familiarity or willingness to learn, basic computer skills, reliable work ethic, effective communication, and a valid drivers license. Experience in general maintenance or CMMS is a plus, as is OSHA awareness and lockout/tagout knowledge.
