Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Savannah at Pike Creek responsible for timely completion of work orders and special projects, responding to service requests and on-call emergencies, maintaining and repairing ventilation and HVAC systems, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, and performing cleaning, adjusting, and repairing of systems. On-call duties with minimum 1.5x base pay and a weekly $75 on-call stipend; quarterly bonuses and potential renewal commissions. Work hours 7 am–4 pm. Experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting preferred; bilingual candidates welcome; plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications/licenses are a plus.
