Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsibilities include lubricating machinery, changing parts, and performing routine maintenance to keep equipment in good condition. Key duties: start machines and observe mechanical/electrical operation to assess efficiency and identify problems; read work orders and specifications to determine which machines require repair or maintenance; inspect or test damaged parts and mark defective areas for repair; reassemble machines after repairs. Requires a High School diploma or GED, 3 years of maintenance experience, 2 years of mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with Allen Bradley Studio Suite, Siemens, or related software; ability to manipulate Ladder Logic; in-person work location in Lewistown, PA.
