Job Summary
Complete make ready maintenance and assigned work orders to bring units to market-ready condition while ensuring compliance with Peak Living standards. Assist with building and common area maintenance, as well as the preventative maintenance program for property equipment. Typically report under a Service Manager with a schedule based on community needs, which may include weekends and after-hour emergency services. High school diploma or equivalent and one year of general maintenance experience required; EPA and CPO certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment
- Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for weekends and after hour emergency services
Desired Qualifications
- EPA and CPO certification
