Maintenance Technician - Escobedo at Verde Vista

Maintenance Technician needed for an on-site role at Escobedo at Verde Vista in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities include performing daily maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, responding to routine and emergency requests, preparing vacant apartments for new residents, inspecting buildings and grounds for safety and curb appeal, maintaining common areas, and coordinating with vendors/contractors. Requires at least two years of related maintenance experience, working knowledge of plumbing/electrical/appliance repair, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet insurance requirements. EPA HVAC Type II or EPA Universal preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
