Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Epic Asset Management focused on ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained properties. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in residential property management
- Proficiency with tools and equipment related to property maintenance, including safe operation of hand and power tools
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maintenance-related software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, or similar)
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
