Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified

Job Summary
Perform independent technical maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and appliances. Execute apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days, including installation of blinds, filter changes, and miscellaneous repairs. Manage common area upkeep through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and pressure washing. Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and shutter issues while maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program. Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and ensure all work areas remain clean and safe. Requires valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance; EPA certification preferred. On-call hours required. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
- Ability to communicate clearly with the residents
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
- Willing to work on-call hours
