Job Summary
Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assist with apartment turns and make-readies, and troubleshoot repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry. Maintain the overall appearance of the community by managing grounds, amenities, and pool areas while collaborating with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly. Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule and work full-time Monday through Friday. Requires EPA Certification (Type II or Universal), at least three years of residential maintenance experience, and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required
