Job Summary
Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified responsible for completing work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assisting with apartment turns and make-readies, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items, and helping maintain the overall appearance of the community (grounds, amenities, pool areas). Must collaborate with the maintenance team, have EPA Type II or Universal certification, at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience, strong customer service, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Full-time schedule with rotating on-call; on-site duties at a Charlotte, NC property.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
