Job Summary
Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assist with apartment turns and make-readies, and troubleshoot repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items. Maintain the overall appearance of the community by overseeing grounds, amenities, and pool areas while collaborating with the team to keep the property running smoothly. Perform hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair, utilizing hand and power tools, with the ability to drive a golf cart and lift up to 75 lbs. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) with a rotating emergency on-call rotation. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) and at least three years of apartment maintenance experience required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required
