Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) needed for seasonal full-time temp role at Weinstein Properties in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: complete turn/make ready of vacant apartments; assist with maintenance work orders; maintain property grounds, amenities, and pool; collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly. Qualifications: EPA Type II or Universal certification; at least 2 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience; HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience; strong customer service; ability to work independently while being a reliable team player; physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing tasks indoors/outdoors.
