Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, and basic carpentry while applying specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and complete work orders and forms to ensure proper documentation of all maintenance equipment operations. Execute preventive maintenance duties as needed and move heavy equipment safely using proper tools. This role requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and availability for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal work hours are typically 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required.
