Job Summary
Maintain and repair apartment units at Carpenter's Pointe Apartments, handling repairs to appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks. Perform preventive maintenance, complete work orders and documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service. Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and ensure safe movement of heavy equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certified preferred
- 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience
- REAC inspection experience preferred
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
- Must be able to move heavy equipment safely
- Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week
