Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, and basic carpentry tasks while applying specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Complete work orders and forms to ensure proper documentation of all maintenance equipment operations. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations and execute preventive maintenance duties as needed. This role requires HVAC certification and at least three years of experience, with availability for 24/7 emergency calls. Located in Baton Rouge, LA, this position is part of a company managing apartment communities across the southeastern United States.
