Job Summary
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on conveyors, pumps, and motors while performing light welding, fabrication, and minor repairs using carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical skills. Maintain building and grounds upkeep, read manuals to assist in repairs, and ensure a clean work area. Prioritize multiple projects to meet business deadlines and follow user manuals for proper maintenance. Requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, hydraulic systems knowledge, and 40-hour Hazwoper certification. Ability to work in all climate conditions both indoors and outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in maintenance related field
- 2+ years experience working with hydraulic systems
- Ability to read manuals to assist in repairs
- Ability to work in all climate conditions both indoors and outdoors
Desired Qualifications
- General knowledge of commercial/industrial maintenance
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet business deadlines
- 40-hour Hazwoper certification
