Job Summary
Service Technician at a residential property (Skyview Apartments) responsible for completing resident maintenance requests, assisting with apartment make-ready turns, keeping the property safe and welcoming, and supporting review by experienced technicians and supervisors. Must learn and follow safety, quality, and compliance standards while performing maintenance tasks and coordinating with vendors/subcontractors as needed. Strong interest or basic experience in painting, light carpentry, HVAC, appliances, or minor repairs is a plus; HS diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; on-call rotation may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Any maintenance experience is a plus (residential, retail, or commercial)
- Ability to help during an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks like standing, bending, climbing, and using ladders
Desired Qualifications
