Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (Entry-Level) responsible for upkeep, safety, and appearance of the NewAldaya Lifescapes campus in a senior living/healthcare setting. Performs basic maintenance and repair tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, completes painting projects with surface prep and finishing, assists with general labor such as moving furniture and transporting equipment, supports preventative maintenance and routine inspections, handles groundskeeping duties (mowing, snow removal, outdoor maintenance), identifies safety hazards, adheres to infection control and safety guidelines, maintains clean work areas, and interacts respectfully with residents, families, and staff while delivering customer-service oriented care.
