Job Summary
Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry for household, building, and property grounds. Provide after-hours emergency service on an on-call rotation while following company standards. Work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends, while navigating elevation changes and difficult terrain. Maintain balance while climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolds, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Read and interpret safety manuals to communicate effectively with customers and process paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
- Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.
- Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service with the support of the Service Manager while following Company standards.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification Type II or Universal is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting HVAC is a plus.
- CPO certification is a plus.
