Maintenance Technician - Encore Metro at Millenia

Maintenance Technician responsible for technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards. Perform diagnostic repairs on building systems, complete make-ready inspections and create punch lists for vacant units, manage inventory and coordinate with vendors/contractors, and maintain grounds and common areas. Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance per safety and code requirements, documenting work and communicating with management, assisting in inspections, and supporting cost-control by using materials efficiently. Required certifications include EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling, and valid state/local certifications; occasional travel to assist other properties and a flexible schedule including on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays.
