Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Enclave at Pine Oaks (Deland, FL): responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to create a great living experience for residents. Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs or replacements, completing work requests for common areas and apartments, performing preventative maintenance, assessing and repairing appliances, assisting in preparing vacant units for new residents, occasional on-call duties with trip stipend, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience; basic electrical/plumbing/painting knowledge; HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred; valid driver's license and insurance may be required. Required Qualifications
