Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential HOA communities, completing work orders for drywall, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues before they escalate and respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergency calls as needed. Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job status while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols, HOA rules, and company standards at all times. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or facilities maintenance
- Broad working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently and managing daily assignments
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in HOA, condominium, or multi-family communities
- Maintenance certifications or trade licenses
- Familiarity with maintenance ticketing or work-order systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
