Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with staff to address maintenance requests promptly while ensuring all areas meet safety and quality standards. Maintain an adequate set of tools to independently troubleshoot and carry out repairs efficiently. Work Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation to respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise. Requires a valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less, an operable vehicle, and proof of insurance.

- Must be able to work on call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Trade and/or technical school training
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic
- 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience
