Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role at Eastside Heights focusing on maintaining and repairing building interiors/exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders within 24–48 hours, performing make-ready tasks for vacant units, inspecting and ensuring safety and code compliance, coordinating with vendors, documenting work, maintaining tools/inventory, and supporting safety programs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Current valid driver’s license
