Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct daily repair and upkeep of EANDC properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Manage care of company supplies and equipment while reporting unusual circumstances to staff and residents. Use a personal vehicle for all work orders, ensuring it remains in good working order with valid Ohio insurance and license. Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and respond courteously and efficiently to all tasks. Perform duties as assigned by the manager, CREDO, or CEO, including early morning or late-night shifts. Requires one year of janitorial or maintenance experience and physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning or late-night shifts
- Ability to work extra events
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds
- Knowledge of Hazardous Communication Protocols and use of Personal Protection Equipment
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Willingness to work in a team atmosphere
- Willingness to attend continued education/training in the field of maintenance and repair
- At least one year of janitorial and/or maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain a valid state of Ohio driver's license
- Proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required
