Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform daily equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks at the battery materials facility in Kotka. Troubleshoot equipment issues, report abnormalities promptly, and guide production operators in correct equipment use and autonomous maintenance. Complete assigned repair tasks on time to prevent unexpected breakdowns while maintaining accurate records and supporting 5S onsite management. Control maintenance costs, manage spare parts, and avoid waste while complying with company safety, health, and environmental policies. This role requires a college diploma in Mechatronics or related engineering, minimum two years of factory maintenance experience, and strong English skills.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance experience in the factory
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong English language skills
