Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replace components, and perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts. Operate tools such as cutting torches or welding equipment as needed while supporting upkeep of building structures and systems. Manage preventative maintenance programs, inventory replacement parts, and maintain accurate records of activities. Collaborate with production teams and external contractors to improve processes and follow all plant safety procedures and emergency protocols. Support occasional off-shift or on-call maintenance needs within a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, gauges, and measuring devices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
