Job Summary
Maintain preventive, corrective, and renovative maintenance for assigned buildings, grounds, and vehicles in accordance with licensure and regulations; complete maintenance repairs as necessary; travel to different locations throughout the state (e.g., Willingboro/Burlington area); participate in maintenance planning and capital improvements; coordinate and secure external vendors for skilled repairs; ensure organized management of tools, equipment, and keys; document care and repairs and communicate with internal and external team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- Ability to be on-call in evenings and weekends
- Must possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Appropriate transportation and basic tools required
