Maintenance Technician DUN

Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of injection molding equipment while reading schematics and performing repairs and fabrication. Plan and follow through on all maintenance and facilities activities, maintaining preventative schedules and tracking inventory levels to implement cost-saving measures. Manage special projects and assist the Maintenance and Senior Supervisors as needed. Requires three to five years of maintenance experience including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic work, with familiarity with PLCs and ISO 14001 and TS16949. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate heavy equipment, forklifts, and cranes, and work directly with high-voltage electronics in a production environment. High School Diploma or GED required; maintenance program or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
- Working knowledge of PLCs
- Three - Five years of maintenance experience including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic
- Able to perform in production environment, operate heavy equipment, operate forklift, work around and operate cranes, and work directly with high voltage electronics
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with injection molding and Engel equipment preferred
- Maintenance program or equivalent experience in the same field preferred
- ISO 14001 and TS16949 familiarity
- Working knowledge of costing, controlling assets and maintain within budget restraints
