Maintenance Technician - District on La Frontera

Maintains and repairs building systems and components to meet Greystar’s safety and quality standards; completes resident-requested work orders and preventive maintenance, conducts make-ready tasks for vacant units including pre-move-out inspections and punch-list generation, and coordinates materials, inventory, and vendors. Documents service requests accurately, supports grounds and common-area upkeep, and follows OSHA safety policies. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver’s license, and adherence to safety and quality procedures; may involve travel to other properties and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
