Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Dietz Property Group for an apartment community in Perrysburg, OH. Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the community, completing service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director. Includes completing property and unit inspections, ensuring follow-up work is completed, providing quality service to residents, and maintaining clean equipment, vehicles, and shop areas. Experience in maintenance or related trades is desirable but training is provided; candidate must be able to work in varying weather, perform physical tasks, and participate in on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management!
- Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Customer service skills
- Ability to be in the on-call rotation
