Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for Lifestyle Properties tasked with site safety and scheduled property maintenance across offices, shops, and laundry facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, homeowners, contractors, and vendors; processing work through Breezeway (guest check-outs/check-ins, maintenance tasks, on-call emergencies); providing proactive property maintenance and outstanding guest service; communicating issues to management; maintaining records and ensuring compliance with local/state/federal guidelines; and performing tasks related to electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance. Requires 1+ year of relevant maintenance experience, valid driver's license, ability to work weekends, and a High School Diploma or GED. The role emphasizes organization, professionalism, and strong communication in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering, or related field
- Must maintain a valid state drivers license
- Must be able to work weekends (2 days off during the week)
