Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician to oversee general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the Oklahoma City facility and grounds. Responsibilities include building trades tasks (repairing doors, floors, partitions, windows, drywall, painting, ceiling tiles), systems upkeep for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration, fixtures maintenance (sinks, traps, faucets, light fixtures, switches), security device maintenance (locks), equipment operation and repair of tools, grounds support including safe moves of heavy office furniture, and coordinating with outside maintenance contractors. Requires the ability to perform physical labor (lift up to 50 lbs), follow written and oral instructions, and perform routine safety practices. Two years of experience in building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Schedule: part-time, 20-29 hours per week, hourly pay up to $20.
