Job Summary
Oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance issues within the facility, including preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment. Monitor pressures, flow rates, boiler performance, and water and air quality while maintaining PM and sanitation logs. Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding and keep Management informed of potential issues. Work with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects. Must follow all LOTO, PRCS, and safety procedures and hold a forklift certification. Day shift with rotating weekends on call; $3,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
