Job Summary
Maintain, repair, and install the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems while managing preventive maintenance schedules. Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, including light carpentry, painting, and wallpaper installation. Ensure pool operation safety and compliance with jurisdictional age requirements. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address facility issues and uphold quality standards across the resort. This role supports Davidson Hospitality Group's mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our historic Midway location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of 2-5 years in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
- Light carpentry
- Knowledge of paint and wallpaper
- Certification in pool operation
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Preventive maintenance background
- Read, write and understand English
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
