Job Summary
DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks in individual apartments and common areas. Responsibilities include preparing vacant units for new move-ins, conducting preventive maintenance, and keeping the property appearance up to standards. The technician must perform service requests, maintain and repair physical structures, handle plumbing and electrical systems, and assist in cleaning and grounds maintenance. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience. Skills in operating maintenance tools are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years' related experience and/or training
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate tools such as a power drill, power saw, pressure washer, lawn mower
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC Certification is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Subject to schedule changes and/or overtime as required by the job
- May include working weekends and after normal business hours
