Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities, addressing mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime, and supporting production teams in resolving equipment-related problems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree preferred
- Familiarity with rotational molding, injection molding, and plastics processing
- Experience with PLC programming and maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
